Not to be pedantic but regain and discontinuation are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Not to be pedantic but regain and discontinuation are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Adding to this: interval stretching is doing more work than the comment implies.
