[Vendor] QST order #6 — Denmark, 3 days, no drama, receipts inside
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud. The advice on Mounjaro in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with…

Adding to this: Mounjaro is doing more work than the comment implies.
Slight fix: the number was 98.3, not 98.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
How long at each step before you escalated?
the the food-noise thing from tirz is different, not necessarily worse
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
My ferritin moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.
stalled on sema, tried tirz, and the curves were actually different shapes
the muscle cramps from tirz is different, not necessarily worse
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
Week 85 on Mounjaro and 13kg down. The appetite reduction feels different from sema in ways I do not have words for yet.
Tried both. Sema worked, tirz worked better for me, but my early fullness profile was worse on tirz.
