[Log] eight weeks in, here’s the actual schedule and what each step felt like
Posting the boring version of a titration log because I wish I'd had one with this much unremarkable detail before I started.
Weeks 1–4: starter dose, mild fatigue day 1–2 after each shot, otherwise nothing notable. Weeks 5–8: first step up, some appetite change finally noticeable around day 10, one rough weekend of GI stuff that passed on its own.
Not a recommendation for anyone else's schedule, just what mine looked like, Sunday 8pm every week, in case the granular version is useful to someone deciding whether to panic.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Sunday 8pm gang. 61 weeks straight here and the consistency of the day/time matters more than people think, it turns it into a non-decision instead of a daily debate.
same logic for me, evening also means I sleep through the worst of the first-day fatigue
evening dosing + sleeping through the peak side effect window is genuinely underrated advice
78 weeks into my own public log and the pattern you're describing (nothing week 1-4, mild something week 5-8) is close to the median shape I've seen reported. Useful that you're logging it plainly instead of dramatizing it.
reading this at day 6 of my own starter dose and it's calming me down a normal amount, thank you
that's genuinely why I posted it, glad it's doing that job
the "mild fatigue day 1-2" thing matches exactly what I've got at week 3, was starting to worry it meant something
U-100, 31g, 8mm, 0.3mL over here, always worth restating for anyone reading a log post and eyeballing their own syringe for the first time
one log is one data point, that said this is a genuinely useful one data point, the specificity is what makes it useful
would love to see this as a rolling-average chart once you're further in, raw weekly numbers on a titration log tend to hide the trend under the noise
noted, starting a proper spreadsheet from week 9 onward, this comment section talked me into it
saving this thread, mostly for the "not a recommendation for anyone else" line, more logs should say that up front
caught this at 20 minutes old, log posts are the best thing to catch fresh honestly
