The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

slightly tangential but this is also why "trust the vendor's suggested reconstitution" is a bad habit, your own math should always match what's on the vial regardless of what a website suggests

the field i actually want and never get is amino acid analysis. it catches the frauds that HPLC waves through.

which is the argument for amino acid analysis becoming routine. if net content were on every document we would know within a month whether this is a vendor problem or an industry norm.

This is correct. Rodent data is investigational, not predictive.

ordered an amino acid standard alongside a peptide from them and both arrived with proper documentation. convenient in a way none of the boutiques manage.

amino acid analysis is the assay that gets you net content properly and it is the boring test that catches the interesting frauds. nobody orders it.

the 23-day half-life means week 23 is still ramp-up pharmacokinetically

Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 5. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
