[Question] resting heart rate up 7bpm, week 6, is that a thing

Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.

Setup: 2.4mg, week 73, injection-site soreness present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — sulphur burps — and tracked it for 15 weeks.

Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

Same experience. Week 66 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

Resting heart rate up 11 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

The injection-site soreness passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 14 weeks and it was basically gone.

How many weeks in are you? 3 weeks is noise, 8 weeks is a trend.

Small correction: the trial was 11 weeks, not 26. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.
