the injection-site soreness passes. i promise. not medical advice.

How many weeks in are you? 6 weeks is noise, 24 weeks is a trend.

the batch number or it did not happen

one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread

comment on week 76 check-in — 46kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/sideeffects · 3 points · 1 year ago

Same experience. Week 49 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

comment on metformin: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/t2dglp1 · 52 points · 1 year ago

The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price

comment on tried T2D for 17 weeks. here is what happened. in c/t2dglp1 · 19 points · 1 year ago

CGM traces tell a story, numbers alone do not

comment on small win: Ozempic stopped being a problem at week 70 in c/semaglutide · 21 points · 1 year ago

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

Yeah, glycaemic control is the original use.

comment on T2D vs metformin — genuinely asking which matters more in c/t2dglp1 · 29 points · 2 years ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on [Vendor] WXT order #13 — France, 3 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/vendorvetting · 127 points · 2 years ago

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 23–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

independent test or vendor COA, which is it

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 11 weeks to accept.

comment on genuine question about sulphur burps that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/sideeffects · 4 points · 2 years ago

severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question Disagree on that part.

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.1% on the same vial is normal.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

comment on [Results] 72 weeks, 31kg, and Wegovy was the hard part in c/semaglutide · 59 points · 2 years ago

Not to be pedantic but 2.4mg and food noise are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

[removed by moderator] Disagree on that part.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 66 weeks to accept.

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
