This is correct. Discontinuation arms show the regain reality.

pentadecapeptide is sequence, the supply chain naming is a mess

the two-year waiting list is accurate for most of England

comment on [Discussion] the 15mg advice in here is 3 years out of date in c/tirzepatide · 358 points · 3 months ago

Did the constipation feel the same as on tirz or genuinely different?

comment on [PSA] tier 3 is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1uk · 13 points · 4 months ago

Yeah, the NHS waitlist is genuinely two years in most places.

England or Scotland? Different pathways.

comment on three years of regulatory threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/bpc157 · 13 points · 6 months ago

sequence and naming claims need the actual sequence

comment on small win: regulatory stopped being a problem at week 96 in c/bpc157 · 112 points · 6 months ago

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 13–5.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 88 weeks to accept.

the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 65 weeks to accept.

Yeah, absolute numbers matter more than the press release.

comment on what changed for me between week 80 and week 34 in c/tirzepatide · -14 points · 7 months ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Adding to this: Mounjaro is doing more work than the comment implies.

stalled on sema, tried tirz, and the curves were actually different shapes

number-needed-to-treat is the house dialect

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

The SURMOUNT readouts are real but less consistent than STEP. Some people plateau earlier on tirz.
