comment on i stopped eating at 70% full and the vomiting stopped entirely in c/sideeffects · 4 points · 3 days ago

Resting heart rate up 6 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

comment on [Question] resting heart rate up 7bpm, week 6, is that a thing in c/sideeffects · 12 points · 7 days ago

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail.

Adding to this: constipation is doing more work than the comment implies.

Same experience. Week 72 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

comment on [PSA] a vendor-supplied COA is a marketing document until someone else agrees with it in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 10 days ago

independent test or vendor COA, which is it

comment on [Lab] LC-MS confirmed identity but the UV purity is 94%. now what in c/hplc · 20 points · 16 days ago

related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak

comment on [Vendor] JEEP six orders in, zero problems, and i am suspicious of my own luck in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 18 days ago

Ordered from SWB, got the vial, tested it myself via VendorInvestigate, and it held the claim.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 99.0% on the same vial is normal.

comment on retention time shifted 0.4 min and nobody wants to talk about it in c/hplc · 11 points · 19 days ago

a round-robin on baseline integration would be genuinely useful

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 97.9% on the same vial is normal.

Today's date for the pricing?

Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?

comment on step therapy: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/insurancefights · 15 points · 27 days ago

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 20 times, finally got good resolution on a purity peak.

comment on stalled for 14 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/sideeffects · 13 points · 1 months ago

constipation is real, boring, and fixable

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about lane in c/intlshipping · 3 points · 1 months ago

transit time variance is the story, not the average

comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about external review until somebody posts a number in c/insurancefights · 1 points · 1 months ago

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring HPLC at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/hplc · 81 points · 1 months ago

Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.

permalink

comment on does gradient actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/hplc · 14 points · 1 months ago

Detection wavelength?

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 88 weeks to accept.

permalink

comment on three years of HPLC threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/hplc · 12 points · 1 months ago

Not to be pedantic but chromatogram and method development are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Is that a Medutest result or are you quoting the vendor COA?

one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread
