Yeah, WXT took 24 days and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
comment on 15 months in and purity is still the thing I get wrong in c/hplc · 137 points · 9 months ago
The related substances profile is way more interesting than the main peak %. A 98% with 17 peaks is different from a 98% that is one 35% impurity.

The PeptideMeter result being close to my own HPLC is the signal, not the absolute number. Both are right.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

comment on week 16 check-in — 37kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/hplc · 1 points · 1 year ago
A shoulder on the main peak that 15 analysts integrated 9 different ways. Same trace, 98.9 spread.

related substances are where the story lives, not the main peak

Gradient goblin mode: changed the solvent composition 3 times, finally got good resolution on a chromatogram peak.
comment on week 11 check-in — 47kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, one thing confusing me in c/vendorvetting · 13 points · 1 year ago
This order history matches mine almost exactly. Same vendor, same timeframe, same result.

comment on switched from 1.7mg to 1.0mg and the reflux got better, not worse in c/hplc · 22 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 8 weeks to accept.
