Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

The PeptideMeter and Medutest numbers on the same vial from Homopeptide came back 96.2% and 96.2%. Both are right, inter-lab variance is real.
