cite ATTAIN/ACHIEVE arms specifically
comment on [PSA] ATTAIN is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/orforglipron · 25 points · 1 months ago
Week 31 for me and the honest summary is: 48kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
comment on [Meta] the small molecule rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/orforglipron · 133 points · 2 months ago
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for first time posts in c/newbiequestions · 12 points · 2 months ago
This is a good question, genuinely.
comment on does basics actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/newbiequestions · 27 points · 2 months ago
pens versus vials, same molecule, different price
comment on [Struggle] regained 6kg over a winter and i am posting it anyway in c/progresspics · 5 points · 2 months ago
Small correction: the trial was 24 weeks, not 34. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on receptor — my 19-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1science · 0 points · 2 months ago
the 9-day half-life means week 9 is still ramp-up pharmacokinetically
comment on receptor — my 19-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1science · 1 points · 3 months ago
Yeah, the incretin mechanism is doing the work here.
comment on tried MASH for 15 weeks. here is what happened. in c/survodutide · 3 points · 3 months ago
the safety profile is not just tirzepatide amplified
comment on normal: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/newbiequestions · 29 points · 3 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for pharmacology posts in c/glp1science · 10 points · 3 months ago
rodent half-life tells you what to investigate, not what to expect in humans
comment on small win: stability stopped being a problem at week 85 in c/coldchain · 9 points · 3 months ago
time-at-temperature integral is the dose, not just peak temperature
Adding to this: excursion is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on France: EU, and what it actually costs here in c/glp1eu · 87 points · 4 months ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on stalled for 18 weeks at 7.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/orforglipron · 17 points · 5 months ago
comment on three years of hepatic fat threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/survodutide · 15 points · 5 months ago
This is correct. Do not generalise from tirzepatide.
comment on reading gastric emptying threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1science · 29 points · 5 months ago
do not extrapolate rodent data to human dosing without saying so
comment on [Question] excursion — what am I missing here in c/coldchain · 2 points · 5 months ago
excursion claims need a logger trace or a photo at unboxing, not "it felt warm"
