Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom. I have been tracking log against triglycerides for 3 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker…

Came off after 63 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Stalled at 5mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 2. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.

Went up because the scale stalled, not because I needed to. Do not be me. The stall broke on its own at the higher dose.
