[Discussion] we are measuring integration at the wrong time and calling it noise
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 7.5mg, week 51, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — LC-MS — and tracked it for 14 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Injection volume and flow rate? Those affect resolution.
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Small correction: the trial was 20 weeks, not 38. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
The PeptideMeter result being close to my own HPLC is the signal, not the absolute number. Both are right.
