comment on week 31 check-in — 22kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/sideeffects · 8 points · 1 year ago

Same experience. Week 84 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

comment on stalled for 4 weeks at 2.4mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/sideeffects · 657 points · 1 year ago

Same experience.

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

constipation is real, boring, and fixable

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify food noise in c/semaglutide · 0 points · 1 year ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

comment on why does nobody talk about weekly update in c/dosinglogs · 90 points · 1 year ago

dose, date, weight, waist, the food-noise thing, labs

comment on unpopular opinion: semaglutide is massively overrated in c/semaglutide · 22 points · 1 year ago

it is in the wiki actually

comment on is it normal to get muscle cramps at week 55 in c/cryptopay · 23 points · 1 year ago

Sent orfo payment to the wrong chain. Germany, wrong network, vendor could not credit it. 12 day lesson.

controversial sort brought me here and it was worth it

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 70 weeks to accept.

comment on what changed for me between week 40 and week 83 in c/sideeffects · 0 points · 1 year ago

Resting heart rate up 2 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

My early fullness was worst at 1.0mg and better at 2.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

comment on the food noise thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/semaglutide · 246 points · 1 year ago

Hard agree. Week 7 me needed this. Week 56 me is nodding smugly.

comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether plateau is why in c/semaglutide · 86 points · 1 year ago

Did you time the injection consistently each week or was it more ad hoc?
