what changed for me between week 40 and week 83
Right, the sulphur burps question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 16 data points over 36 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 21, not week 70. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.
best — the order this archive was captured in
This is correct. The injection-site soreness is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
Not to be pedantic but sulphur burps and reflux are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 2 is worth checking

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

The the food-noise thing passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 7 weeks and it was basically gone.
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
week 93 and the the food-noise thing is finally getting better
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 31 weeks to accept.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
Resting heart rate up 2 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
My early fullness was worst at 1.0mg and better at 2.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
Yeah, the sulphur burps hit on day 14 for me too, not day 1.
Resting heart rate up 19 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.
the early fullness passes. i promise. not medical advice.
