am I the only one who found heart rate harder than the injections
Confession thread, sort of. I went from 5mg to 1.7mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 23 weeks…

Resting heart rate up 21 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

This is correct. The sulphur burps is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
