Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about certificate of analysis in c/coa · 3 points · 3 months ago
area% is not mass%, and here is exactly why it matters
comment on [Question] units — what am I missing here in c/reconstitution · 23 points · 3 months ago
Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.

stopper coring on the 21th draw because you keep using the same entry point. rotate.
comment on COA: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/coa · 108 points · 4 months ago
Asked SGN for the batch-specific COA and they sent it within six hours, full document, batch number, date, everything. That is the baseline.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Tested the GLB raw material and a reseller vial side-by-side. Same purity claim, different impurity profiles. Handling matters.

Not to be pedantic but test results and Medutest are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 38 weeks to accept.
comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 11kg, and Australia was the hard part in c/glp1aus · 0 points · 5 months ago
Week 48 for me and the honest summary is: 16kg down, muscle cramps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
comment on France: mg/mL, and what it actually costs here in c/reconstitution · 26 points · 6 months ago
Show the arithmetic. Where did the units come from?
comment on [Lab] SGN BPC — VendorInvestigate came back 93.7% against a claimed 94.2% in c/coa · 530 points · 6 months ago
purity and net content are two different numbers, same vial
comment on Spain: concentration, and what it actually costs here in c/reconstitution · 20 points · 6 months ago
The single most useful thing I did was write the concentration on the vial. Stopped all the confusion after that.
comment on Spain: concentration, and what it actually costs here in c/reconstitution · 132 points · 6 months ago
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Are you using a u-100 or u-40 syringe? That changes everything.
comment on anyone else notice water content kicking in around week 39 in c/coa · 108 points · 7 months ago
The COA I was holding said 96.8% area and I thought it was trash. Turns out the method was solid and the impurity profile was clean.
comment on [PSA] shortage is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/glp1aus · -8 points · 7 months ago
Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
comment on [Meta] the dead space rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/reconstitution · 95 points · 7 months ago
Spent 22 weeks confused about concentration math until someone showed me the table. 15mg, 2mL, concentration is 15/2.
comment on [Question] New Zealand — what am I missing here in c/glp1aus · 1 points · 9 months ago
PBS listings change the cost completely
Adding to this: shortage is doing more work than the comment implies.
