comment on is it normal to get sulphur burps at week 90 in c/glp1eu · 11 points · 1 year ago

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Asked 24 compounders about API source. One told me, one dodged, one said they cannot say. The answer is the signal.

Metadata check caught a COA that was created in a browser four months after the analysis date. Not evidence of fraud, but worth flagging to Homopeptide.

comment on batch vs related substances — genuinely asking which matters more in c/coa · 41 points · 1 year ago

Strongly agree. Mass% and area% are answering different questions on the same document.

the 503A/503B distinction is load-bearing, do not blur it

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

API transparency is the question that separates good compounders from sketchy ones

the community lane table lives here

comment on [Question] batch — what am I missing here in c/coa · -25 points · 1 year ago

Water content was 3.8%, acetate was 6.2%, purity was 99%, but net peptide was only 90% of the label weight. Perfectly honest, just chemistry.

comment on related substances — my 21-week log, condensed into one table in c/coa · -9 points · 1 year ago

Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring DHL at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/intlshipping · 54 points · 1 year ago

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with shipping, not with what you concluded.

Water content on the document? That affects your concentration math.

Water content on the document?

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

comment on Apotheke is the most under-discussed thing in c/coa in c/glp1eu · 137 points · 2 years ago

Which country? Rules differ.

comment on anyone else notice pharmacy kicking in around week 9 in c/glp1eu · 62 points · 2 years ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

This is correct. The shortage list does expire and the rules change.
