the community lane table lives here
comment on does glucagon actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/retatrutide · 178 points · 11 months ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on what is: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/newbiequestions · 203 points · 11 months ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about basics until somebody posts a number in c/newbiequestions · 1 points · 11 months ago
Small correction: the trial was 13 weeks, not 15. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Pens or research vials?
comment on carrier — my 6-week log, condensed into one table in c/intlshipping · 683 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree.
Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 99.2% on the same vial is normal.

the first time question is not dumb

comment on tried phase 2 for 12 weeks. here is what happened. in c/retatrutide · 11 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 97.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Lab] split one vial across Medutest and Janoshik — 96.2% and 99.2% in c/retatrutide · 12 points · 1 year ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Adding to this: triple agonist is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on transit time: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/intlshipping · 200 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on [Question] what is — what am I missing here in c/newbiequestions · 4 points · 1 year ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify external review in c/insurancefights · 1 points · 1 year ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Slight fix: the number was 97.4, not 97.2.
Adding to this: formulary is doing more work than the comment implies.

formulary exclusions are negotiable sometimes

research use only, handling and analysis, not protocols
comment on is it normal to get nausea at week 85 in c/retatrutide · 82 points · 1 year ago
TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 97.9% weight loss but the fatigue profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

The glucagon component does different things than dual agonism. The muscle cramps are not just amplified versions.
