Quick one. Canada here. 15mg works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice…

France to France takes 13 days on average, variance is 18 days
comment on [Lab] SSA BPC — Medutest came back 97.4% against a claimed 96.2% in c/bpc157 · 5 points · 1 months ago
Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.
comment on why does nobody talk about handling in c/researchpeptides · 1 points · 1 months ago
the thymosin literature is thin on humans
comment on is it normal to get sulphur burps at week 60 in c/tirzepatide · -14 points · 1 months ago
The dual agonism story is real. The appetite is physically different from semaglutide alone.
comment on [Meta] the 15mg rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/tirzepatide · -19 points · 1 months ago
Strongly agree.
Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify pentadecapeptide in c/bpc157 · 5 points · 1 months ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 7–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [PSA] ATTAIN is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/orforglipron · 15 points · 1 months ago
small molecule, not a peptide, purity discussion is different
comment on someone explain cold chain to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/coldchain · 438 points · 1 months ago
Customs clearance took 7 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.
comment on small win: GIP stopped being a problem at week 31 in c/tirzepatide · 64 points · 1 months ago
Switched from sema at 2.4mg to tirz at 15mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

text only is the whole point of the community
comment on vendor vs testing — genuinely asking which matters more in c/vendorvetting · 36 points · 2 months ago
The PeptideMeter and Medutest numbers on the same vial from MKM came back 98.3% and 97.4%. Both are right, inter-lab variance is real.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about Mounjaro in c/tirzepatide · 112 points · 2 months ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
comment on testing is the most under-discussed thing in c/bloodwork in c/vendorvetting · 5 points · 2 months ago
receipts or nothing, sorry but that is the rule
comment on non-scale victory — my 20-week log, condensed into one table in c/progresspics · 53 points · 2 months ago
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
comment on [Results] 92 weeks, 15kg, and BPC-157 was the hard part in c/bpc157 · 50 points · 2 months ago
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
comment on someone explain thymosin to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/researchpeptides · 11 points · 3 months ago
This is correct. Name it precisely.
comment on France: BPC-157, and what it actually costs here in c/bpc157 · 17 points · 3 months ago
sequence and naming claims need the actual sequence
comment on ATTAIN — 3 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/orforglipron · 0 points · 3 months ago
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
comment on unpopular opinion: lost money is massively overrated in c/darkspot · 42 points · 3 months ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
