comment on food noise: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/semaglutide · 109 points · 1 year ago
okay but what dose of sema are you on
comment on week 96 check-in — 11kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, one thing confusing me in c/tirzepatide · 3 points · 1 year ago
Did you stay on semaglutide or switch?
Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

Tested 24 batches from MKM over 88 weeks. The consistency is the signal. They claim 98, they deliver 98.

This order history matches mine almost exactly. Same vendor, same timeframe, same result.

GL Biochem took 24 days to answer an email and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.

Zepbound and Mounjaro are literally the same drug, the name is the only difference
comment on [Vendor] QST order #5 — Denmark, 3 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/dosinglogs · 78 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Update rather than repost.

the muscle cramps from tirz is different, not necessarily worse

comment on unpopular opinion: PeptideMeter is massively overrated in c/vendorvetting · 268 points · 1 year ago
GL Biochem three times. First two perfect, third arrived with a gel pack failure. Powder tested 97.4% anyway, so no harm done.
comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether Zepbound is why in c/tirzepatide · 57 points · 1 year ago
Not to be pedantic but GIP and Zepbound are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on testing: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/vendorvetting · 192 points · 1 year ago
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

independent test or vendor COA, which is it
comment on the SURPASS thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/tirzepatide · 2 points · 2 years ago
My TSH moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.

Vial-splitting is on-topic here. Do not ask about pen-cracking, that goes in c/reconstitution.

one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread
