[Discussion] can we stop arguing about Janoshik until somebody posts a number
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 7.5mg, week 89, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — VendorInvestigate — and tracked it for 17 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.
best — the order this archive was captured in
How many orders from SGN is that a sample of? One reship is noise, five is a pattern.
First order from ERP was great, second one had a different batch and tested lower. The vendor retested and credited me. Logged it here.
This order history matches mine almost exactly. Same vendor, same timeframe, same result.
The PeptideMeter and Medutest numbers on the same vial from MKM came back 98.3% and 99.3%. Both are right, inter-lab variance is real.
GL Biochem took 24 days to answer an email and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
Yeah, SWB took 14 days and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
Which service tested it and what did they come back with?
Yeah, WXT took 8 days and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
GGPeps order #22, Ireland, no drama, receipts inside
the batch number or it did not happen
Tested 24 batches from MKM over 88 weeks. The consistency is the signal. They claim 98, they deliver 98.
order date, product, and what was tested. that is the template.
receipts or nothing, sorry but that is the rule

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
vendor staff must self-identify, full stop
