comment on week 76 check-in — 22kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/cagrilintide · 14 points · 5 months ago
The research community is small on cagrilintide. Forum lore changes faster than data.
comment on [Results] 2 weeks, 15kg, and mg/mL was the hard part in c/reconstitution · 4 points · 5 months ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on is it normal to get reflux at week 70 in c/sideeffects · 175 points · 5 months ago
the nausea passes. i promise. not medical advice.
comment on the cagrilintide question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 6 months ago

Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.
comment on [Vendor] QST order #5 — Denmark, 15 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/coa · 72 points · 6 months ago

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for Zepbound posts in c/tirzepatide · 231 points · 7 months ago
My TSH moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.
comment on tried gallbladder for 5 weeks. here is what happened. in c/sideeffects · 22 points · 7 months ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
comment on my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether area percent is why in c/coa · 10 points · 7 months ago
What is the method line say? Not the technique, the actual method.
comment on what changed for me between week 80 and week 34 in c/tirzepatide · 8 points · 7 months ago
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
comment on [Lab] split one vial across VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter — 98.0% and 98.4% in c/sideeffects · 66 points · 7 months ago
comment on anyone else notice co-agonism kicking in around week 5 in c/cagrilintide · 65 points · 7 months ago
[deleted]
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.
comment on why does nobody talk about tier 3 in c/glp1uk · 2 points · 7 months ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
comment on why does nobody talk about tier 3 in c/glp1uk · 8 points · 7 months ago
This is correct. Private and NHS pathways are different.
comment on three years of transit time threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/intlshipping · 1 points · 8 months ago
This is correct. Variance is the story.

packaging quality matters on the 10-hour segments
comment on [Results] 42 weeks, 46kg, and reflux was the hard part in c/sideeffects · -6 points · 8 months ago
Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.
