[Trial Data] nausea rates in the combination arm vs sema alone
Right, the amylin question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 11 data points over 10 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 26, not week 75. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
CagriSema is a fixed combo in trials, not user-mixed
REDEFINE readouts are phase 6 data
tendon and CagriSema literature in rodents is interesting
long-acting amylin is co-agonism, different satiety profile
Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.
REDEFINE phase 21 readouts are interesting but 21 person REDEFINE is different from 21 trial REDEFINE.
the mechanism is different, the side effect profile reflects it
This is correct. The co-agonism is real.
long-acting amylin is CagriSema, different satiety profile

Adding to this: amylin is doing more work than the comment implies.
CagriSema ratios in trials are fixed, do not extrapolate self-mixing

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
long-acting amylin is CagriSema, different satiety profile
Strongly agree. REDEFINE is phase 7, not final.
Yeah, amylin is doing different work than GLP-1.
