does dose history actually matter or is it forum lore at this point
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking log against triglycerides for 33 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
Small correction: the trial was 6 weeks, not 10. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
What are you comparing it against though?
long-running logs are the value
consistency is harder than the dose change
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
This is correct. Long-term logs matter.

Yeah, the consistency is the value.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
the 89 week mark is where it gets interesting
the boring consistency is the point
long-running logs are the value

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 97.4% on the same vial is normal.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
