DEXA: what the trials say vs what this community says

Data Clean Column ×5

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 2.4mg to 0.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 7 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 91 reads it before doing the same thing.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

What was the batch number and which service?

This is correct. DEXA is the standard.

lean mass retention is the 11 week conversation

Maintenance for 14 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Strongly agree. Resistance training counts.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Yeah, protein matters on rapid loss.

Poland here. Waited 9 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Small correction: the trial was 20 weeks, not 21. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
