[Question] Australia — has anyone got a straight answer on below spec
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful. Setup: 1.7mg, week 34, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — purity — and tracked it for 18 weeks. Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am…
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
the VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter results differ by 6 points, both inside inter-lab variance

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Was that the vendor COA or your own test?
inter-lab variance is real, 19 points is inside normal
Strongly agree. Below-spec results matter as much as good ones.
the 99.2% result confirmed the vendor claim, that is the signal
