[Results] 42 weeks, 35kg, and regain was the hard part

Results Receipts ×1 Cold Box ×2

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/customs repeats that goal weight is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 16 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

lowest effective dose is lowest effective dose, find it or stay higher

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

dose-stretching experiences welcome, dose-stretching instructions are not

The plateau is real and boring. 34 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

About c/maintenancephase

The part nobody posts about: what happens at goal weight. Finding a lowest effective dose, dose-interval stretching, regain risk data, muscle retention, the psychology of not having a number to chase, and staying on indefinitely versus tapering.

c/maintenancephase rules
  1. State how long you have been at maintenance. "Maintenance" at week 30 is not maintenance.
  2. Regain is not a moral failing and posts implying it is get removed.
  3. Dose-stretching experiences welcome; dose-stretching instructions are not.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
