Week 15 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 55. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Regain on a taper is expected. 14% back over 28 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.
