unpopular opinion: beginner is massively overrated

Question Receipts ×6 Slow Clap ×1 Long Haul ×2

first time. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/scamalerts is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort first time out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 9 months. My hs-CRP was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

About c/newbiequestions

The deliberately gentle community. Every question that gets an eye-roll elsewhere lives here: what does titration mean, why do I feel nothing in week two, is this normal, what is bac water, what is a COA. Rudeness is removed faster than bad questions.

Before you read on

Several compounds discussed on GLP Research Hub are sold for research use only and are not approved for human use anywhere. Nothing here is medical advice and none of it is written by your clinician. If a post reads like an instruction, treat it as a description of what one stranger did.
