[Question] the UK — has anyone got a straight answer on what is
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking beginner against A1c for 37 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.
best — the order this archive was captured in
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
Strongly agree. No question is dumb here.
Pens or research vials?
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
Week 16 checking in: nothing on the scale, no nausea, wondering if the pen is broken. No, it is just week 16.
be kind, condescending answers are removed
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Titration means going slow. The 2.4mg is the starter, not the dose you stay on, not the dose you need to feel it.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 9.
what is bac water — bacteriostatic water, preservative included
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 7.
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 7.
Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
what is titration — it means going slow on the escalation
Are you on a pen or vial?
is this normal week 9 — yes, probably
no question too basic, read the wiki first, then ask anyway
Are you on a pen or vial?
Adding to this: week one is doing more work than the comment implies.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
week two nothing happening — yes, that is normal
what is bac water — bacteriostatic water, preservative included
