[Lab] 24th independent test on FGP, and the trend is the interesting part
Genuinely asking, not being difficult.
Everyone in c/sideeffects repeats that non-peptide is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 11 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

the the food-noise thing profile is speculative at this stage
oral non-peptide agonist is oral GLP-1, no food restrictions
oral non-peptide agonist is ACHIEVE, no food restrictions
Came off after 44 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
ATTAIN and ACHIEVE are phase 7 trials
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
cite ATTAIN/ACHIEVE arms specifically
Yeah, small molecule changes the whole game.
