[Question] Sweden — has anyone got a straight answer on oral GLP-1
Week 19 update. 25kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 59.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.
Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Adding to this: non-peptide is doing more work than the comment implies.
Strongly agree. The supply impact would be huge.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Small correction: the trial was 13 weeks, not 29. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
availability speculation must be flaired Speculation
Strongly agree.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 68 weeks to accept.
