small win: non-peptide stopped being a problem at week 16
Been lurking in c/t2dglp1 for about 20 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 39, 2.5mg, and ATTAIN is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 23 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 33.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Poland here. Waited 15 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
Came off after 60 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
This is correct. ATTAIN data is phase 21.
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 98.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Stalled for 14 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 11.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
oral non-peptide agonist is orforglipron, no food restrictions
small molecule purity is different testing than peptides
