[Struggle] eight weeks, 2kg, doing everything right, and it is grinding me down

Struggle Clean Column ×1

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/bloodwork repeats that struggle is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 13 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 19–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with non-scale victory, not with what you concluded.

Adding to this: milestone is doing more work than the comment implies.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Strongly agree. NSV counts.

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

About c/progresspics

Progress posts with no images, by design. Starting point, current point, timeframe, dose history, what changed besides the scale. Text-only removes the comparison trap, the body-shaming pile-on and the entire question of who owns a photo of your torso.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
