Week 56 update. 22kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 13.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

The single most useful thing I did was write the concentration on the vial. Stopped all the confusion after that.
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with insulin syringe, not with what you concluded.

Dead space ate 19 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 7.5mg, massive impact at 5mg.
Spent 11 weeks confused about concentration math until someone showed me the table. 10mg, 1mL, concentration is 10/1.
