Adding to this: dead space is doing more work than the comment implies.
Not to be pedantic but insulin syringe and bacteriostatic water are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
15mg vial, 2mL water, concentration is 15/2 — write it on the vial afterwards
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
