[Meta] the mg/mL rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining

Week 73 update. 34kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 18.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Reconstituted at 3mL when I meant 2mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.

Spent 21 weeks confused about concentration math until someone showed me the table. 30mg, 2mL, concentration is 30/2.

Two vials, two different concentrations, forgot which was which, almost made a 2 times error. Now I label everything.
