[Math] someone check my arithmetic before i draw this up
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 0.5mg, week 2, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — mg/mL — and tracked it for 9 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Reconstituted at 3mL when I meant 21mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.
Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 38. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
Mechanistically the bit that matters is bacteriostatic water. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Adding to this: dead space is doing more work than the comment implies.
Show the arithmetic. Where did the units come from?
bacteriostatic and sterile water are not interchangeable, do not use them that way
the concentration on the vial in marker is the most important step
Is that 5mg vial or 21mg?
Two vials, two different concentrations, forgot which was which, almost made a 3 times error. Now I label everything.
