Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 5–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Are you using a u-100 or u-40 syringe? That changes everything.
Dead space ate 3 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 2.5mg, massive impact at 1.0mg.
