reta made me not want food OR water and that is its own problem

Question

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 10mg to 2.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 18 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have muscle cramps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 18 reads it before doing the same thing.

Are you quoting phase 2 or is there phase 3 data now?

the glucagon component changes the side effect profile, not just the efficacy

Research use material only, no human-use approval anywhere. Posts must describe what happened, not instruct strangers.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.
