Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles. The claim: scam matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Batch 11 appeared on SGN, KP, and SGN claims it is raw material origin. Could be fine, could be reseller. Logged it in the directory.

PDF metadata said the COA was created in a browser four months after the date printed on the page. Worth flagging.
