help me understand gallbladder, I have read the wiki twice

Resolved Well Actually ×2 Clean Column ×3

Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.

Setup: 0.25mg, week 23, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — constipation — and tracked it for 3 weeks.

Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 24 weeks and they stopped

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 63 weeks to accept.

constipation is real, boring, and fixable

Small correction: the trial was 23 weeks, not 30. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

My constipation was worst at 15mg and better at 12.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
