[Question] how do you actually verify regain

Question Cold Box ×1 Slow Clap ×2

Right, the regain question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 15 data points over 18 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 79, not week 33. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in France.

Week 31 for me and the honest summary is: 14kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
