[Results] 71 weeks on 10mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring

Results The Quiet One ×1 Slow Clap ×3

Quick one. Canada here.

interval stretching works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.

Specifics: the route I used took 11 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.

Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Stalled for 7 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 40.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 11 weeks to accept.

the regain is treatment of chronic condition ending, not failure

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
