Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/semaglutide repeats that dual agonist is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 8 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true…

the appetite change on tirz is more than just reduced hunger, it is different machinery

Yeah, dual agonism does produce a different appetite profile than GLP-1 alone.

Did you stay on semaglutide or switch? The outcome is different if you are comparing.

nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing
