reading Zepbound threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly

Titrationbranch of 7 comments

I have had 8 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe. Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 18 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February. The independent number came back 93.7% against a claimed…

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Vial-splitting is on-topic here. Do not ask about pen-cracking, that goes in c/reconstitution.

Week 52 on Mounjaro and 8kg down. The appetite reduction feels different from sema in ways I do not have words for yet.

Vial-splitting is on-topic here.

Disagree on that part. 99.1% and 99.2% on the same vial is normal.

About c/tirzepatide

Tirzepatide-specific discussion: the dual-agonist pharmacology, the 2.5 → 15mg ladder, the appetite profile people describe as different from semaglutide, and the SURMOUNT/SURPASS trial programme. Comparisons with semaglutide are welcome as long as they are specific about dose equivalence being unknown.

c/tirzepatide rules
  1. "Tirz is better than sema" needs a comparator dose or it is a vibe, not a claim.
  2. Vial-splitting and self-compounding discussion stays in c/reconstitution.
  3. No pen-cracking tutorials. Discussing that people do it is fine; instructions are not.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
