Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 10mg to 2.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 3 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have injection-site soreness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 5 reads it before doing the same thing.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
Not to be pedantic but Zepbound and SURPASS are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
What was the trial arm you are quoting from? SURMOUNT-1, -2, -3 are all different.

This matches the trial data. SURMOUNT-1 was 98.3% body weight at 13 weeks.
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
