Not to be pedantic but Mounjaro and 15mg are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Adding to this: SURPASS is doing more work than the comment implies.

Switched from sema at 0.5mg to tirz at 0.25mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.
