IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

the discontinuation arms are the interesting part, not the SURMOUNT endpoints

How many weeks in are you? 10 weeks is noise, 18 weeks is a trend.

Phase 2 TRIUMPH looked amazing. Phase 3 trials are harder. Do not anchor on phase 2 readouts.

Week 17 for me and the honest summary is: 45kg down, constipation manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
comment on week 91 check-in — 37kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/trialwatch · 1 points · 10 months ago
Which trial and what was the primary endpoint?
comment on [Discussion] the gallbladder advice in here is 17 years out of date in c/sideeffects · 61 points · 11 months ago
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 92 is worth checking
comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether purity is why in c/labresults · 6 points · 11 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on fatigue: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/sideeffects · 143 points · 11 months ago
This is correct. The constipation is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
